Homemade Oat Milk

Oat milk is all the rage right now and I am so on board!

RECIPE:
1 cup Whole Oats (Bob’s Mills Gluten free are my go-to)
3-4 cups Filtered Water (3 cups makes it more creamy)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Sea Salt
1-2 Medjool Date (or sweetener of choice)
1-2 tsp Vanilla Stevia (optional)
You could add Cinnamon as a flavour alternative!
Combine all ingredients in vitamix or high-speed blender and blend for 45 – 60 seconds. (any longer and the oat milk may become slightly slimy)
Strain in nut milk bag; and store in fridge for up to 5 days.
